Melting Furnaces
We have two melting furnaces with a capacity of melting 30.000 tons yearly. Aluminum and other raw materials prepared and melted to the desired alloy by our customers. Homogenization aluminum and other metals are one of the most important part of the quality therefore during manufacturing we use electromagnetic stirrer systems technology. Also they have burning system has an automatic temperature and environmental control, the system decrease the consumption of the energy to save our planet for our future.
Cold Rolling
In the cold rolling process, the aluminum slabs coming out of the casting are rolled to the thickness desired by the customer. The daily rolling capacity is 66 tons. In the rolling process, which is one of the most sensitive points of production, x-ray thickness control technology is used in our production line in order to obtain the desired thickness in the most accurate way.
Coil Slitting Machine
Coil slitting machine is a process used to cut a Base metal coil from a series of slitting cutters into a series of narrower coils. It is used for correction of edge cracks that may occur during cold rolling. Thus, it is aimed to use all of the material purchased by the customer.
Press Lines
C-Type Automatic Presses can operate within the diameter range of 160 mm to 600 mm and thickness range of 0,5 to 4 mm. With automatic drive controlled coil opener at 200 ton power and press feeding systems, precision tolerated, high speed disc manufacturing is made. It has monthly 600 ton manufacturing capacity.
Cut the Length Lines
Aluminum sheets are used in these sectors; construction, transformer, housewares etc.
Annealing Furnace
Annealing furnaces are available for the final processing before packaging. The targeted condition we will provide in the annealing process is as important as the aluminum alloy. Annealing process is carried out according to the H0,H12,H14,H22,H24 system according to the requested condition.
Green Aluminum RECYCLE
As Hasal Aluminum, we wanted to support the recyclable movement in every sector in order to leave a better future for our children. After a long R&D work, we did our special recycled aluminum alloy for a better and bright future. We will be able to provide our customers with products of the same standard quality.
